The Rental Guide: What to expect
If you have never rented before or our new to skiing and snowboarding, we’ve got you covered. This guide will walk you through what to expect, what to wear, and how to choose the right equipment for a smooth and stress-free day on the snow!

If you prefer to book in person, visit the rental shop and fill out a rental form. This is also a great time to ask our team specific questions about the equipment and rental process.
Booking in store
To streamline your rental experience, consider booking online before your trip. This ensures you have the equipment you need and will often save you money with early booking discounts. If you are unsure how many days you will be skiing, don’t stress we can always extend your rental in store!

Check-in: Verify your details– weight, height, age and ability for binding settings and ski/snowboard selection.

Helmet, Clothing and boot fitting: You will be fitted for helmet, clothing and boots by our team

Ski/Snowboard Selection: Rental techs will find the best length of equipment for you based on your specifications.

Equipment Demonstration: We show you how to click in to binding and basic equipment handling.

Purchase any gear from our retail store that you may need like goggles, waterproof gloves and balaclavas.
You can pick up the night before from 6:00-9:00pm. This can feel more relaxed and is a great time for asking questions and not feeling like you’re in hurry. If you book online make your reservation for the day you plan to ski.
If you pick up the day of your reservation we open 30 minutes before Camelback Resort.
PICKING UP EQUIPMENT

Use our free shuttle (with a paid parking permit) to Camelback Mountain, you will be dropped off right at the base area avoiding having to walk up the mountain with all your gear.

GETTING TO THE SLOPES

We close 30 minutes after Camelback Resort closes, allowing sufficient time to return all equipment. Before leaving the mountain be sure to have all the gear you rented and make sure the identification numbers match your rental agreement. If you use our shuttle, you will call or text us for pickup!
RETURN PROCESS
Remember, it's important to have your equipment properly fitted and adjusted by a professional, especially your skis and bindings. This ensures your gear is optimized for your comfort and safety on the slopes.
